Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking an Afternoon/Evening Caregiver to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will provide comfort, encouragement and skill-building support while helping clients engage in community activities to grow personal goals outside the home.

Flexible schedules and part-time or full-time options are available. Our team values reliability, compassion and strong communication to effectively follow care plans and coordinate with families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to recipients in their homes.
