Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Afternoon/Evening Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing compassionate support, encouraging independence and helping with daily activities and skill-building.

You will assist clients in community activities, follow detailed care plans, maintain safety, and collaborate with a friendly team. Full and part-time schedules are available, with paid training, flexible hours, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Afternoon/Evening Caregiver to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
