Salina Regional Health Center seeks an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist to join a dedicated pharmacy team in Salina, KS. The role focuses on direct pharmaceutical care, ED-specific protocols, and participation in emergency responses within a Level III Trauma Center serving over 36,000 ED visits annually.

The pharmacist will precept students, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to hospital-wide patient safety initiatives. On-site, with relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and education.
• Lead development and implementation of ED-specific medication protocols and quality initiatives.
• Participate in emergency response such as code blue, trauma, stroke alerts, etc.
• Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, contributing to clinical education and practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes in urgent and emergent care scenarios
• Participate on medical staff and hospital-wide committees to support patient safety and care excellence
