Job summary

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Michigan.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Record patient data and vitals accurately.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment with infection control procedures.
• Report changes or concerns to nursing staff and participate in handovers.
• Support residents with rehabilitation and restorative care programs.
