Building Connections Behavioral Health, INC. in Antioch, CA is hiring a Clinic-Based Behavior Interventionist (RBI/RBT).

You will provide ABA therapy 1:1 with children ages 0–21 in a clinic setting, implementing skill-building programs and collecting data to monitor progress in a supportive, collaborative team. Qualifications include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), RBT certification (or plan to obtain within 90 days), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Preferred: RBT certification or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Immunizations including MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hep B, and TB clearance within 1 year.

We’re looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our Antioch Clinic team as Behavior Interventionists (Registered Behavior Technicians). If you love working with kids and want a rewarding career with real growth, this is for you!

About The Role

• Location: Antioch Clinic.


• Hours: Weekdays, 12:30 pm - 6:00 pm (part-time with the potential of full-time).


• Pay: $22 - $27/HR (based on experience, certification, and education).

As a Clinic-Based BI, you’ll work 1:1 with children (ages 0–21), supporting them in building communication, social, play, and life skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping kids reach their highest potential in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
