Job summary

Little Endeavors Learning Center in Waukee, IA is seeking an Afternoon Floater to support our daily operations and childcare program. This full-time role offers weekday hours, competitive pay negotiable by experience, and opportunities for annual raises.

Qualifications

• Must be able to care for children from 6 weeks to 11 years.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Demonstrates professionalism and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required DHS trainings and follow regulations.
• Supervise children and ensure their safety.
• Clean in the classroom and complete daily chores.
• Follow a daily schedule.
• Create and implement lesson plans and activities.
• Assist in potty training children.
• Prepare children for kindergarten.
