No classroom experience? Paid training is provided on all classroom procedures, and you will join a caring team committed to child safety and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate interiors and exteriors of classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment for children to grow and explore.
• Interact with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child.
