We are seeking ministry-minded individuals to be on our After School team. The Afternoon Child Care Worker’s primary role is fostering youth development in an after-school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. We are looking for an Afternoon Child Care Worker who is devoted to excellence, wholeheartedness, and developing kids to reach their full potential! This is a non-exempt, part-time position averaging 17-20 hours per week.
At Mentoring Alliance After School, we hire teachers, youth workers, teen workers, college students, mentors, and more to serve and develop kids in our programs. As a Christian ministry, we are committed to serving kids and students in our community by offering excellent after-school care and activities.
