Harmony At Home Senior Care is seeking a reliable caregiver or personal care aide for a client in North Dallas near Plano. The role offers a 16-hour weekly schedule (12:00 PM–4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday) with the potential for additional shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be consistently available 12:00 PM–4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to North Dallas near Plano.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Capable of working independently in a client’s home.
• Follow client care plans and agency procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families and office staff.
• Complete required hiring documents, onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide personal hygiene, grooming, dressing and toileting support.
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and supervision.
• Light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with errands or transportation when needed.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Observe changes and report client needs; document services.
