Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking an Afternoon Caregiver to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will help with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and accompany clients to community events to advance their personal goals. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Positions available: full-time and part-time. Paid training, flexible schedule, and weekly pay are offered to support a stable caregiving role in the community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to support goals.
• Participate in flexible full- and part-time scheduling.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
