You will gather data, coordinate with staff, and share progress with families. The role supports children with Autism ages 1–21 and offers a clear path for growth within a supportive team.

This position emphasizes effective communication, reliable transportation, and a commitment to ongoing training and quality care for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Clear and effective English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other program certifications.
• Strong teamwork and communication with families and staff.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data and prepare for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff for consistency.
• Give feedback to parents/guardians about daily activities.
