Flex-Staff is seeking a dependable Food Production Associate in Wisconsin to support our baking operations. You will load products, move materials, and help maintain a clean, safe production environment in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications emphasize teamwork, reliability, and adherence to food safety standards; prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load products into ovens and assist throughout the baking process.
• Load and unload baking pans and production equipment.
• Move racks, carts, and materials throughout the production area.
• Monitor product flow to keep production running efficiently.
• Assist with production setup, cleanup, and changeovers as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.
