Job description

Up to a $500 company sign on bonus available!

$1000 State bonus after 90 days

TEACHING

  1. Assist in planning and implementing age appropriate curriculum.
  2. General everyday cleanup after activities and snack and complete cleanup check list at the end of the night.
  3. Treat children with compassion, dignity and respect.
  4. Communicate in a professional manner with parent, staff and management.
  5. Establish a positive image as a role model for our children and families.
  6. Responsible for a nightly chore around the center and help on assigned laundry day.
  7. Dress in a professional service manner.
  8. Follows all Little Endeavors policies.
  9. Respects the policy of the children and families confidentiality.
  10. Communicate with lead teacher of any issues that come up in the afternoon and waits for the lead teacher or help from the director before addressing parents.

**Completes all DHS requirements on trainings, background checks and physical in a timely manner after being hired or annually.
