Job summary

The Bird’s Nest is seeking an energetic Assistant Afternoon Teacher to join our team after school, helping with planned activities, reading, and joyful play.

You’ll support little ones with daily routines, outdoor time, and safe supervision, while building warm relationships and encouraging big feelings to learn.

Bring a loving, patient, team-focused spirit and a willingness to learn in a Christian environment, where every afternoon matters.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with children and be comfortable in a playful setting.
• Willing to engage with kids on the floor and participate in activities.
• Capable of following directions and accepting feedback.
• Experience in childcare or classroom settings is a plus.
