Job summary

Connect n Care ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Garner, NC. The position requires availability after 2:00 PM at least 3 days a week, offering flexible part-time and full-time opportunities.

The job involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children and tracking progress under BCBA supervision. Join us for training support, mentorship, and a chance to grow into additional hours.

Qualifications

• Availability after 2:00 PM at least 3 days per week.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect client data and track progress.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
