Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking an Afternoon Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building activities, help recipients grow toward personal goals, and accompany them on community outings as needed.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
