Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable, compassionate Afternoon/Evening Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes in Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building activities, help clients grow personal goals, and bring them into the community to extend learning beyond the home.

We value teamwork, flexible scheduling, and dedication to helping recipients live independently. Full and part-time roles are available, with paid training and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
