Job summary

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a part-time ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in-person, under supervision. The role focuses on reducing challenging behaviors and teaching new skills, with data collection, collaboration with supervisors, and adherence to guidelines.

Ideal candidates are entry-level or those seeking growth in ABA and are prepared to work Monday–Friday afternoons from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in-person.
• Implement treatment plans and strategies designed by the supervising BCBA/LBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support development of communication, social, adaptive, and play skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA/LBA supervisors and other technicians for consistency.
• Build rapport with clients and families while maintaining professionalism.
• Follow clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines.
• Attend trainings, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
