Aftermarket Strategic Campaigns Manager
Bring your skills and experience as an Aftermarket Strategic Campaigns Manager at Bell in Piney Flats, TN or Bell Commercial Business Center in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day‑to‑day management of active campaigns and business development efforts to win global aftermarket business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborates with global sales team andcommercialbusiness partners to establish and implement near‑term plans and long‑term strategies to grow the customer baseacross all market segments for aftermarket sales and services.
- Develops capture and win strategies for key pursuits and proposals, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maximize benefits.
- Research, development, and nurturingof new customer leads and opportunities formajor sales programs, understanding regional influences (ie. economic, political, regulatory, influential industry organizations,etc).
- Develop customer and industryrelationships, gather and report onmarket intelligenceandcustomer feedback, collaboration onproduct and business roadmapdevelopment.
- Assist with new product development project management and product lifecycle to capture new opportunities for strategic campaigns.
- Report out campaign status to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner to communicate progress toward expected targets.
- Accomplish global travel in the execution of campaign pursuits and management.
- Collaborate with functional resources, technical experts, and high‑potential individuals to enhance aftermarket market competitiveness.
- Leads campaign business case analysis, gate, and program reviews.
- Direct the engineering, Life Cycle Costs, and operations analysis needed to support customer requests and program planning.
- Manage overhead budget for campaign support and customer engagement activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills You Bring to This Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or related field is required.
- Master’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales/Key Account, MRO, Proposal Development, Customer Management, and/or other related field.
- Experience in aviation industry is required with knowledge of aftermarket products & services, and Bell commercial aircraft.
- New product development, and/or contract review & compliance is a plus.
- Demonstrated global aftermarket business acumen and customer engagement experience.
- Strategic thinking, financial analysis and planning skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in presenting to senior management.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods while working at a computer, attending meetings, and preparing presentations.
- Must be able to frequently communicate with internal and external stakeholders in person, by phone, and via electronic communication; must be able to exchange accurate information in English.
- Must be able to read, analyze, and prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports, both on a computer screen and in hard copy.
- Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, or move items such as laptop bags, briefcases, and presentation materials (typically up to 25 pounds).
- Must be able to travel domestically and international to support campaigns, customer engagements, and industry events; travel may involve extended periods of walking through airports, standing, etc.
