Job Overview

Summary/Objective

The Aftermarket Segment Sales Manager / Engineer – Aerospace & Hydrogen will work with the Head of Sales – Aftermarket, Americas Region, to expand aftermarket and maintenance services for Aerospace and Hydrogen in the region. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, identifying unmet client needs, developing sales plans, and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales activities within assigned markets and territory, maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge to effectively demonstrate value and address inquiries.
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to drive growth.
  • Track and report sales activities using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure high customer service standards and handle issues professionally.
  • Attend sales training and industry events to develop skills and industry knowledge.
  • Make presentations and develop tailored product solutions for clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and act as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years in sales/business development in Aerospace or Industrial Gas markets, with a proven sales growth record.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects.
