Job summary

Signia Aerospace is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead enterprise-level customer relationships and multi-year strategies. The role emphasizes executive engagement, high-value negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customized solutions.

You will drive revenue growth, provide market insights, and mentor junior managers while aligning with our SOAR operating model and pricing strategies. Remote work is not indicated; on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 4+ years in account management or strategic sales.
  • Demonstrated success with strategic/high-value accounts.
  • Experience with aviation or general aviation industry preferred (private pilot preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

Leads relationships with the organization’s largest and most strategic customer accounts. Develops long-term account strategies, manages executive relationships, and drives revenue growth through complex, high-value customer partnerships.

Key Deliverables of the Position

Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic or high-value accounts
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline
  • 4+ years of account management or strategic sales experience
  • Works under minimal supervision
  • IA / A&P mechanic preferred
  • Exposure to general aviation industry - Private pilot preferred
  • Exposure / experience with aviation piston engine preferred
