Responsibilities

• Trailer Hookups: Prepare and hook up trailers for drivers supporting new trailer sales and repair operations.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull, pack, stage, and ship parts for customer pickup or delivery; coordinate and manage outbound parts shipments.
• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; properly label and store inventory; perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
• Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; safely operate material‑handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in accordance with company safe standards.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance as an essential function of the position.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• This is a safety‑sensitive role, subject to periodic or random fitness for duty exams and drug or alcohol screenings.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, stand and move throughout the facility as required.
