JOB DESCRIPTION Summary Reporting to CS&I US Business Development Director, the CS&I Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for supporting all sales efforts related to CS&I (Customer Solutions & Innovation) business for their respective regions. This will include assessing the Regional TAM, developing a Regional Sales plan aligned with corporate strategy and executing the plan. The ideal candidate will function as a highly skilled entrepreneur who will lead the CS&I (aftermarket) sales efforts for their assigned region or customer group, engage directly with customers to understand their needs and collaborate within the matrix organization supporting his / her plan, with the objective to resolve barriers undermining the effectiveness of selling strategies and close impactful sales deals.

In depth knowledge of the worldwide semiconductor industry, global accounts, and Axcelis Global Support Business. Axcelis product knowledge required. Person has or will acquire knowledge of Axcelis internal support processes (e.g. INSIGHT, etc.) and accepts responsibility to overcome and/or improve weak processes to satisfy the customer. Ability to effectively operate word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software. Strong verbal and written communications skills required. U.S. BASE SALARY RANGE $92,050.00 - $187,312.20 This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level; individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, work location, and internal equity. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression as you develop within the role. Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regular employees working 20+ hours a week).
