Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience preferred.
• Previous office management experience required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to accomplish the goals and objectives of the department.
• Provide customer oversite on AOG/emergency requirements.
• Provide remote employees with any & all job-related information as required.
• Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Responsible for completing employee performance reviews in a timely manner.
• Review and approve employee timecards and time off requests.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies.
• Answer and direct Aftermarket Sales & Repair Station phone calls.
• Maintain FAA Repair Station files.
• Compile repair inventory counts and prepare purchase orders for procurement of supplies.
• Ensure raw material levels are there to support minimal on-hand quantities.
• Research and resolve customer problems or feedback.
• Generate quotes and process Aftermarket sales orders.
• Compose and type miscellaneous correspondence and reports, faxing, filing, copying, etc.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Position Summary
