Position Overview Midvale Early Childhood Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and collaborative Aftercare Director & Early Childhood Assistant to support our early childhood classrooms during the school day and oversee the daily operation of our aftercare program.

Responsibilities

• Support early childhood classrooms during the school day and oversee the daily operation of the aftercare program.
• Combine hands-on classroom support with leadership responsibilities in the aftercare program.
• Collaborate with classroom teams to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for young children while ensuring the aftercare program is welcoming, engaging, and well-supervised for children and families.
