Position Overview

Liberation Academy seeks compassionate, responsible individuals for our Before and Aftercare program. This role provides essential care and support outside regular school hours, ensuring a safe, engaging, and structured environment in the mornings and afternoons. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and engaging with students to ensure safety and a welcoming atmosphere
• Planning and implementing creative, team-building, and educational activities
• Providing light snacks and assisting with homework
• Monitoring attendance and reporting issues
• Communicating with parents during pick-up and drop-off
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the program area

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to manage groups calmly and effectively
• Punctuality and reliability
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Benefits
