Job Summary

The Aftercare Aide at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic School supports the supervision and care of students participating in the school's aftercare program. This position helps provide a safe, welcoming, and faith-centered environment where students can complete homework, engage in recreational activities, and build positive relationships with peers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during aftercare hours and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Assist students with homework and provide age-appropriate support as needed.
  • Organize and monitor recreational, educational, and enrichment activities.
  • Encourage positive behavior and respectful interactions among students.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming aftercare environment.
