Job Summary

St.Francis Borgia Grade School, a vibrant Catholic school community in the heart of Washington, is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Aftercare Director to supervise students and aides in the school's aftercare program. The Aftercare Director plays a key role in providing a safe, structured, and welcoming environment for students after school hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with students during after-school hours in a safe and supportive setting.
• Organize activities, games, and snacks for children ranging from preschool through 8th grade.
• Monitor student behavior and ensure compliance with school and program guidelines.
• Support a positive, faith-filled environment that reflects the values of St. Francis Borgia School.
• Help with cleanup and maintaining a tidy, organized space at the end of each session.
• Communicate any concerns or incidents to the Principal in a timely manner.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

Job Requirements

• Experience working with children in a school, daycare, camp, or similar setting preferred.
