Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join our After School team as Youth Mentors. The role centers on guiding elementary students through enrichment activities, fostering youth development, and serving as a Christ-centered role model in the community.

Positions are non-exempt and part-time, averaging 17–20 hours per week. Staff must uphold the faith statement and be committed to the organization’s mission and vision.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 17 years old; High School Diploma or GED preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred.
• Must have passion for working with elementary school-aged children.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory).
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check.
• Valid driver’s license or valid ID; legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities in an after-school setting.
• Foster youth development and serve as a mentor and role model to kids in the community.
• Be available Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year.
