Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Basic childcare skills required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in after-school program activities with children to foster engagement.
• Responsible for a group of thirteen (13) children, helping each child adjust and grow with other children within the program guidelines.
• Plan and implement daily curriculum for children to follow.
• Observe student behavior, enforce safety regulations and emergency procedures, and apply behavior management techniques.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline of children, area and equipment.
