Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC. offers part-time coaching positions at elementary schools across the Bay Area, with most sessions from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Each class lasts about an hour, and there may be a optional 30 minutes of pre-care.

Coaches are paid $50–$65 per session, with equipment provided. You must live locally, have reliable transportation, and be available for in‑person work, including a 2‑day training and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old at application.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part‑time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre‑care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner‑level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in‑person work.

We do have other Programs like Tennis, Soccer, PE, Pickleball, Volleyball, Basketball, Floor Hockey and Dance. You’re welcome to apply to any of these as well.
