KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, engaging learning environment for children. You will partner with families and center leadership to drive enrollment and quality outcomes.

This role emphasizes collaboration with staff, licensing authorities, and community partners while delivering high-quality early childhood education across our centers.

Qualifications

• Must have CDA credential or be pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
