Discovery Kidzone Montessori School is seeking a Part-Time After School Teacher & Driver for the 2026-2027 school year. No childcare experience required; paid training and development support are provided.

Responsibilities include safely transporting children, supervising activities, and leading outdoor and indoor sessions. The team emphasizes a supportive environment and opportunities for growth within the program.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
Clean driving record required; comfortable driving a 14-passenger van or small bus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to stay calm in a busy environment.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire; meet Montana licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Safely transport children from local schools to Discovery Kidzone and activities.
Follow transportation and safety procedures.
Supervise children and create a positive environment.
Lead outdoor games and group activities; promote teamwork and independence.
Engage children with play, creativity, and exploration; monitor snacks and transitions.
Build positive relationships with children and families; communicate with staff.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and support daily program operations.
