Child Development Schools in Hubert, North Carolina seeks an After School Teacher and Bus Driver. You will plan engaging activities for a School Age classroom, document child progress, and maintain a safe, welcoming learning space.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background check required.
• 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire.
• Genuine care for children and safety commitment.
• Strong communication and family-relations skills.

• ECE degree or coursework is a plus; we hire for character.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for the School Age classroom.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing/ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child’s development; share progress with families.
• Communicate with parents and conduct conferences.
• Complete attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
• Drive the school bus (21+, clean driving record).
