Job summary

Play-Well Teknologies is seeking LEGO instructors to teach classes and camps, guiding students through STEM concepts with LEGO materials. Schedule includes after-school hours and weekend opportunities, with summer camps from 9am to 4pm. Compensation covers teaching time, setup, and travel, plus training.

Qualifications

• Teaching/Instruction experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation a must; secure location to store teaching materials.
• Lift up to 40 lbs to store and transport materials; bending, stooping and crawling with children during class instruction.
• Must pass all background checks as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage each class session, ensuring the children are safe, engaged, and having fun.
• Communicate with parents and clients in a knowledgeable, respectful and tactful manner.
• Adhere to all Play-Well safety procedures and supervision and release of children procedures.
• Care, safekeeping, and upkeep of assigned LEGO teaching kit(s).
• Respond quickly to communications from management.

If so, then this may be your dream job!We are looking for smart, creative, dynamic instructors from all backgrounds to teach LEGO classes and camps where students are introduced to a range of STEM concepts while being given the tools to unlock their creativity and their problem-solving skills.Schedule:School Year: M-F afternoons, part-time, flexible, occasional weekend hoursSummer: M-F, half-day and full-day camps, typically between 9am and 4pm, plus setup/breakdownCompensation: Instructors are paid for all hours worked, including teaching, setup, round trip drive time, and training.
