Job summary

Play-Well TEKnologies seeks smart, creative instructors to teach LEGO classes and camps, introducing STEM concepts while nurturing creativity and problem-solving. Schedule varies by school year and summer camps, with afternoons and weekend hours as needed.

Instructors are paid for all hours worked, including teaching, setup, and training. Drives and setup responsibilities are included, with mileage reimbursement and kit maintenance duties to support hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Teaching/Instruction experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation a must; secure location to store teaching materials.
• Must pass all background checks as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Teach LEGO classes and camps to students across a range of STEM concepts.
• Ensure children are safe, engaged and having fun during each session.
• Communicate with parents and clients in a knowledgeable, respectful and tactful manner.
• Care for, safekeeping, and upkeep of assigned LEGO teaching kit(s).

Do you like working with children? How about playing with LEGO? Would you like to use a ridiculous amount of LEGO materials to teach kids how the world works? If so, then this may be your dream job!We are looking for smart, creative, dynamic instructors from all backgrounds to teach LEGO classes and camps where students are introduced to a range of STEM concepts while being given the tools to unlock their creativity and their problem-solving skills.Schedule:School Year: M-F afternoons, part-time, flexible, occasional weekend hoursSummer: M-F, half-day and full-day camps, typically between 9am and 4pm, plus setup/breakdownCompensation: Instructors are paid for all hours worked, including teaching, setup, round trip drive time, and training.
