Job summary

EDMO seeks a part-time after-school instructor in Lakeport to lead STEAM and SEL activities, guiding kids to build, create, and collaborate. You’ll manage the room with patience and maintain a safe, organized space while staying connected with parents about each child’s day.

You’ll participate in ongoing training, bring ideas, and adapt to the needs of a busy after-school setting, including lifting up to 50 lbs and outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging children in group activities or informal settings.
• Ability to keep a group focused and redirect when needed.
• Willingness to learn SEL and STEAM concepts.
