Job summary

i9 Sports in Middleton, Wisconsin seeks energetic after-school coaches to lead physical activities for groups of 15–45 children. You will supervise, guide games, and reinforce safety rules while staying open to feedback and coaching to improve program delivery.

Applicants should be comfortable disciplining children per our system and enjoy working with a team to ensure a safe, engaging environment after school hours.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy being with children.
• Be active enough to play games with the children.
• Must be approachable. The kids must feel comfortable around you in order for them to interact/pay with you.

Responsibilities

• Interact with children while encouraging them to get physical activity.
• Be comfortable with disciplining kids according to our system.
• Be comfortable working with a team to ensure the safety of a group of children ranging from 15 to 45.
• Coachable and willing to take constructive criticism regarding how to run an after-school program.
• Watch over children to ensure they are listening, following rules, and not acting out.
