Benjamin Banneker Charter Public School in Cambridge, MA is seeking a part-time After School Program Staff member to join our PK-6th grade community after the school day ends. The role emphasizes creating a safe, fun environment where children can learn through planned activities and positive interactions.

The After School Program Staff member helps create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where PK-6th grade students can learn, play, and grow after the school day ends. Staff supervise children in teams of two, lead engaging activities, and encourage positive social interactions while supporting each child's academic, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and enjoys working with young children, and collaborates effectively with a co-worker in a team-oriented after-school program.
Hours: 2:30pm-6:30pm Monday-Friday on full school days.
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
