Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc is seeking energetic After-School Sports Coaches to work with elementary students in Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football in the Randallstown/Baltimore area.

The role is part-time, after-school, Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM with 1.5-hour sessions. Curriculum and equipment are provided; no lesson planning required. Great for college students pursuing education, kinesiology, or sports management.

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching Basketball, Soccer, or Flag Football within a youth setting.
• Must be able to work with children in grades K through 5.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout the Baltimore area.
• Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting process.

Responsibilities

• Coach elementary students in Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football activities.
• Follow BBA’s structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and participation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
