Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. in Adelphi, MD is hiring enthusiastic part-time After-School Basketball or Soccer Coaches to lead fun sports programs for elementary students. Qualifications

• Experience coaching basketball or soccer with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging basketball or soccer sessions for elementary students.
• Teach age-appropriate fundamentals and skills.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students.
• Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
