Job summary

Tender Touch Therapy is seeking caring and experienced Caregiver Providers to join our team. Our Caregiver providers are responsible for the overall care and well-being of clients, ensuring a fun and safe environment for them to learn and grow.

We serve individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, speech, and cognitive delay, and collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists to support development in areas such as movement, communication, social

Qualifications

Enthusiasm to work with all children and adults, with all abilities.
Experience working with children and/or adults in educational or care settings.
Strong knowledge of early childhood or adult development.
Ability to supervise clients and ensure safety, mental and physical wellbeing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead activities and games for clients of varying ages and abilities.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including cleanliness and organization.
Provide one-on-one support for the clients.
Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and families through open communication and positive reinforcement.
Consistently offer the highest level of personalized service with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
