Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking amotivated, organized, and child-focused After School Site Supervisorto lead the daily operations of our school-based after-school programming in the Clifton area.
This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced childcare or youth development professional to take on a leadership role while making a meaningful impact in the lives of school-age children. The Site Supervisor oversees daily programming, supports and develops staff, engages directly with children, and ensures the program provides a safe, nurturing, responsive, and engaging environment.
The Site Supervisor also serves as an important connection between Best Point, families, schools, and community partners. This role combines program leadership, staff supervision, family engagement, compliance, and hands‑on work with children.
This is a 10‑month position that follows the school‑year schedule , with the opportunity to continue working with Best Point during the summer as aCamp Counselor.

$22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

This position works primarily in aschool‑based after‑school environmentand involves direct interaction with school‑age children.
Employees may be exposed to children experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges and may encounter shouting or verbal and physical aggression. The position may also involve exposure to blood, vomit, and other bodily fluids.
The Site Supervisor must be able to remain calm, professional, and safety‑focused while responding to challenging behaviors and unexpected situations.
