Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our After School Program at Nelson Elementary School in Nelson, NH for the 2026–2027 school year. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with part-time, non-exempt status and a schedule that follows the school calendar.

Afternoon hours are 2:15 – 5:30 pm. This role emphasizes relationship building, child engagement through play, and staff supervision to ensure compliant, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1,500 hours of experience with children in a licensed setting.
• 3 college credits in management or supervision or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliable, professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet state regulations and program policies.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Oversee daily attendance, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents using the School app.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student learning and safety.
