Job summary

Community Horizons in Greenville, WI is seeking respite care staff to support two children with special needs after school and in the evenings. You will supervise, accompany them to activities, prepare meals, and help with light housekeeping while parents run errands in the community.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. High schoolers are welcome to apply, and you will complete a Wisconsin background check. Flexible schedule with weekend opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a caregiving setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• Background check in Wisconsin required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and safety for two children.
• Prepare snacks, breakfast and lunch for the children.
• Take children to community activities and accompany them on outings.
• Assist with light housekeeping related to the children’s care.
• Transport children to activities using a reliable vehicle.
• Help with after-school and evening routines as needed.
