Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time after-school hours. Join a growing team and provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings, following BCBA-developed plans.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in therapeutic or educational settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and team members.
• Reliable transportation to client sites and school/daycare locations.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance from supervisors.
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude in interactions with children and families.
• Willingness to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
