Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring and motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team for part-time after-school hours. The role focuses on providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents across home, school, clinic, and community settings, following BCBA-designed treatment plans.

We welcome current RBTs seeking extra hours and paraprofessionals exploring a rewarding ABA career.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to home, school, and clinic sites.
• Ability to follow clinical guidance and work independently.
• Positive, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
