Job summary

Kentwood Public Schools is seeking an ARCH - Site Coordinator to lead summer and after-school programs across multiple buildings. You will plan, organize, implement, and evaluate activities, supervise staff and volunteers, and partner with the ARCH admin team to align programming with school-day curricula.

The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, data reporting (CACFP, EZ Reports) and ongoing communication with parents, staff, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, recreation, or a child-related field and two years of related experience.
• Michigan Driver's License is required.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement and supervise activities at the assigned ARCH site.
• Differentiate activities to engage diverse learners and ability levels.
• Supervise students to ensure a safe and positive environment; document issues.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, CACFP and EZ reports with ARCH admin team.
• Maintain records and coordinate inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in education, recreation, or a child-related field
