Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time and completes attendance and sign-out sheets.
• Supervises, assists, and interacts with students in After School.
• Greets and assists parents, guardians, caregivers, and drivers.
• Monitors and accounts for students in classrooms, playgrounds, and during transitions.
• Maintains accurate attendance records with times in/out and parent signatures.
• Follows school procedures, safety rules, and emergency protocols.
• Reports concerns to supervisor and adheres to policies.
