Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for the After School Program at John D. Perkins Elementary School in Marlow, NH for the 2026–2027 school year.

Pay ranges from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour and the schedule follows the school calendar, with Afternoon Program from 2:15 to 5:30 pm. The role is part-time, non-exempt, and includes employer-paid childcare benefits, health support, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 is preferred.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, per state regulations.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability are required.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic, art, etc.) and homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
